- Access to Representation Act (A.270/S.141)
Guarantees the right to legal counsel for immigrants in deportation proceedings. - New York for All Act (A3506/S2235)
Proposes a prohibition on state and local resources being used to carry out federal deportation agenda. - BUILD Act (A.2689/S4538)
Provides grants to expand legal defense and workforce development for immigrants.
3. Print and distribute Know Your Rights cards at local businesses, particularly ones frequented by immigrants.
