We work with trusted volunteer attorneys who will consult with you at the clinic. Currently, we don’t have attorneys who can fully represent you. - Do not trust anyone (legal attorney or notary public) who promises you that they can get your application approved.
- If you hire an attorney, understand what they will file for you. Get a written agreement signed by your attorney, which details what the attorney will do for you and how much it will cost you. Make sure to get a receipt for any money you pay to your attorney and a copy of any application filed on your behalf.
- Remember, it is not possible to get an employment card without filing an application for immigrant relief.
