We have a free store in our building on the Stony Point Center campus. This mutual aid project provides immigrants with gently-used clothing, toys, and household items for free and enables allies to find a second home for their gently-used items.
Donations can be dropped off on Mondays and Thursdays, 10:30 am-5:30 pm.
Community members can “shop” at the store on Tuesdays from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, Fridays from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, and the first Saturday of every month from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept stained or torn clothing or broken or scratched objects. We want those who receive these donated goods to have their dignity affirmed and therefore do not want to pass along items in poor condition. Please sort, bag, and label clothing according to gender and size. We don’t have a lot of time to organize incoming donations so this will make a huge difference for us. If you have questions, please email us at info@proyectofarorockland.org.
