Food Distribution

Starting during the height of the pandemic, we built a completely volunteer-run mutual aid food distribution program which has engaged dozens of volunteers in providing food responsively to populations not eligible for government aid or, because of their undocumented status, are fearful of services not led by immigrants. We run a weekly food distribution at our headquarters and two monthly distributions at community sites. Follow our Facebook page for announcements about these distributions.

If you’re a Rockland immigrant and have questions about food assistance please be in touch: or (845)-293-2091 or

We are working hard to address food justice in Rockland but there’s still tremendous need. If you are able to make a donation, your support will go a long way! Be sure to note your gift is for the food program. Select a one-time gift or a recurring donation.
